Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. Following the completion of her high school studies she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer before her junior year. In the school, she was a part of the drill and dance team. She did a brief stint at Northeast Louisiana University after graduating. At the age of thirteen, old Ward began modeling leaving school and moving from Louisiana to New York in order to do so. Her acting career began a few more years down the road. In the 1970s, she was a part-time actress with no credit on the daytime soap All My Children. Then she landed a short-lived role as NBC's prime time teen-drama Malibu Shores. In the year 1996, Ward was cast in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. She began her quest for a movie career starring as the neurotic Brittany Foster in the erotic film The In Crowd. The film was not a huge hit in the theaters however it did very well in the home and on cable. Ward made a cameo appearance in Shallow Hal - a smash success the next year. Ward also played a part as a guest star on several TV shows and direct-to-DVD films. The character in the role of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 as she was the mother of a teenage girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. In her personal life she got married to producer David C. Robinson and she had a son called Cameron and David.
